finger print status

Hi Guys..I just want to know if anyone else in the same boat as me..
I completed fingerprints on 12/04/2004,but after almost 3 months now,no status is updated for I485..It has same old initial message...
Do you guys think i should call somewhere to find out the status.My attorney says not to worry about status...Pls share yr experiences... :confused:

Mine is EB2 from NSC
RD 11/09/2004(both I140 and 485)

I already got EAD and AP

why dont u contact FBI and asked for results of ur FP and then contact VSC?
 
My case is same as you

My spouse and I did our FP in late of Nov last year, the status for both of us never changed. I did call FBI to confirm that they sent our FP result to the service center. I also saw same messages somewhere, and do not need to worry, sometimes the people work there just forget to update.
