finger print retake request after getting GC

Hi Gurus,

My wife took biometric on 10/11/2005 and got GC 2 weeks later. Today, we received a Unclassifiable reject notice letter from CIS Hempstead, NY, where my wife took the biometric, asks her to retake fingerprint due to the previous fingerprint are unclassifiable by the FBI. They assigned my wife to retake fingerprint on Jan. 3 2006. What should we do? That's kind of ridiculous. Can we ignore it or she need to retake. Thanks a lot for help.

Just showup to avoid complication at later stage

Little weired though but I would prefer to get it over with instead of dealing of how & why's?
