finger print received....questions, please answer....

we received our finger print notice today.(ND 3/01).
   finger print scheduled date is aug 2nd.
   My wife is out of town and will be back on aug 15th.

   Can i go now or should I wait till aug 2nd.
   Can my wife go on any wednesday following Aug 2nd.
   does it in any way hurt the 485 approval process, if me
   and my wife give finger prints on separate days.?

I suggest you call INS office and reschedule. One of my friend missed his date (his apartment office did not tell him that he had a UPS package), he called and they told him to come in the following Wed.

I think you can try to go early. Generally they will allow. Anyway it is better to give a try. Rescheduling may cause delay in your approval.
