finger print question

Dear all,

I have a question about finger print. I submitted my I485, I131, I765 in July. Received date on July 5th. I received finger print notice for I485 with the appointment date on 09/28/07. I have not received any finger print notice for the I765, is it normal to not get one and received EAD approved? I have been ready in the forum, some gets it and some don't. I don't know what is NSC is doing. Their rules are so different from TSC and CSC

Please advice me and give me a peace of mind

I had the same. I asked this question to ASC folks when I went for fingerprinting and they said it is only one for all of the forms like 485 and 765. there will not be any separate notice for that. Mine is NSC too.

That's what one of the previous thread I read also said. It also said that if you do receive a new FP notice which may say to disregard it if you had been FP-ed in the past months, NOT to disregard it, but actually go to the second appointment too.
