finger print question

i have seen the acronym AVM many times. what does
it mean? also, some folks seem to know whether FBI
has received and done the finger printing. where can
i find out that information?

AVM stand for automated voice message and

regarding finger printing for I-485, FBI contact number is 304-625-5590 and press option 4.
