I have several question regarding finger print.
1. Will the finger print notice sent to me or lawyer or both?
2. Usually How long does it take to receive the notice after
file the application?
3. What is the timeframe you must do the finger print after
you receive the notice?

You and yr lawyer both will receive fingerprint notice.

2. Usually How long does it take to receive the notice after
file the application?

I don't see any standard for that. Sometimes people receive fingerprint notice within one month of filing I140/485(i got it within a month),but i have seen people waiting for fingerprints for more than 6 months.

3. What is the timeframe you must do the finger print after
you receive the notice?

You will get date for fingerprint in your fingerprint notice. Its normally 2-3 weeks timeframe.
