finger print notice?

Hi,

I have recieved a fingerpriting notice for concurrent I-140/I-485 processing. My I-485 was filed on Dec11,2003 Texas center. I have missed the appointment since I recieved the letter late.

What are the consequences of this? I did call USCIS and requested a reschedule of the appointment. Is there any timeline established because of the finger print notice?

Dont worry..one of my friend was in India during FP notice.his lawyer asked USCIS to reschedule the FP notice..and he got it with in 3 weeks.
