finger print notice?

Hi,

I have recieved a fingerpriting notice for concurrent I-140/I-485 processing. My I-485 was filed on Dec11,2003 Texas center. I have missed the appointment since I recieved the letter late.

What are the consequences of this? I did call USCIS and requested a reschedule of the appointment. Is there any timeline established because of the finger print notice?

Just go to ASC and explain them your situation. They might let you finish FP.

I did it after the FP date.
