Finger Print notice mistake..please advise

I just received a finger print notice today. The letter was sent out from vermon service center at the end of November. They made a mistake for giving me a 11/12/04 appointment. I believe they mint to say 12/11/04.
I am on a business trip and will have a purchase a plane ticket in order to be at the glenmond service center on the 11. Dont want to go there and get send back because of the mistake. The application support center does not have a number listed. If one does the number please give it to me so I could call them to rectifie this situation before showing up.
Please advice I really need your help

Well, in the FP notice at the top right corner thay must have mentioned the notice date which would be in format of "Month name XX, 200X" and in your case that may say aound November 30, 2004 or something(based on your posting) So, my take is that incase if you dont get ACS phone no. or any other resolution than go to ASC on 11 and show them the notice. Explain them the notice date which has printed end of november as notice date and explain them that Appt time gotta be 12/11 and NOT 11/12 based on notice date. I think they should be able to understand & accomodate you.
You may try to call 800 nos and explain them the situation if you wish but I am not sure what would they say.
