Finger Print Notice Lost - Please help

Gurus,

    My company lost my finger print notice and they were not aware until I called INS. INS issued the FP Notice during Jan 2001 and it is almost ten months past. INS told me that I have to follow it up through the lawyer. My attorney called INS for the 2nd notice and they informed that I have to wait for further instruction (from INS).

    What would be the best way to get the 2nd FP notice in this situation? I dont know how to speed up this process.

    I-485 Detials: EB2, VSC,RD 10/2000, ND 11/2000.

same case with me & solved

My RD 03/26/01 ND: 04/02/01.
first i called INS on 7/20/01. i was told the fp notice aready issued.i waited 10 days and requested lawyer to call INS. Lawyer called INS on 08/01/01 and asked for copy. then INS scheduled 2nd time and issued a copy. i received the latest one on 08/09/01. I think this would help you.
