I recieved a finger print notice from San Jose office on June 1st stating my last FP which I took on March 13th as unclassified and the scheduled date as August 9th but I took the FP on June 2nd,Yesterday I recieved another notice from San Jose for FP notice again on August 9th.I called INS on July 2nd to check the status of my June 2nd FP but as per IIO its not updated into the system.Yesterday I called FBI but they refuse to tell the quality of the FP,the officer that FBI received my FP on June 1st and we processed it and replied ELECTRONICALLY on June 2nd to INS.
What should I do ? Shall I go again for FP on August 9th,I am confused because the FP notice I recieved clearly states that if you had your FP taken in the last 90 days,please discard this notice.
Secondly what I have understand is taking FP earlier doesnt help to expedite your process becuase the system is only updated after your actual FP date has passed or INS work on your case after your actual date has come.
Please give your suggestions.
