I received FP notice last november regarding my 485 submitted in October. However I don't see my online status changed to FP received et al. I wonder if this is common among I-485 filers?

It is very un-predictable....

I have several friends who I know went for FP either around the same time. For some the message was updated, for others it was not.

I am not sure whether it makes difference as to which center / region they go for FP to and whether the FP was automatic or manual!?

My FP was done in Nov/2002 (485's RD: 2/2002) - the online/voice status has still not been updated. Guess this is pathetically common.

Rd: 12/26/01; ND: 01/07/02; FP: 08/07/02.
Initially message used to say it will take between 360 to 390 days...blah..blah..., but some where last year it changed to 450 to 480 days..
it did not change when they sent me FP notice, or when they received it back. I had called IIO way back to inform a change of address (Sept 2002), and casually asked her about the FP, she said it was received by them and it looks good.
As of today it is 506 days since the ND.:(

Same here, status never got updated. Looks like their IT department sucks too. I think they need to outsource the work to overseas..would that be great..:D just kidding.
