Finger Print Issue - VSC - "Pending Review"

I completed my first FP on Aug 25 2004. When i received e-mail from BCIS the message says "On August 25, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review".

The same message for my wife application also.

Please share your experience what it means.
