Guys, I called the FBI office this morning to check on the status of my FP and the lady that answered the phone told me that they did received the result and cannot tell me anything. She said my FP was forwarded to Lincoln, Nebraska. But I filed with Texas Service Center. Does anyone knows why they forwarded my FP to Lincoln, Nebraska?

I have had same experience

My wife did her FP on February 4. I checked with FBI and they said they have forwarded my FP to INS. I called TSC a week later and they said everything is OK. But the very next day I receive a FP re-do notice from NSC.

I dont know what is going on. Was your FP done manually on a card? Did they keep your FP notice?

In my case .. they kept my FP notice.. I kept a photocopy of that...

I filled up a form for FP in INS center and they signed and give it back it me.

I just called FBI and they are saying that they sent it to central FBI office...

FP was done electronically...

Did you file with TSC? And when you redo your FP how was the result. I did mine in Raleigh and I did saw the lady working on computer and also she took my FP on a hard paper.

Hi jadi...

Are you taking to me...

FP done only Electronically.. No hard paper...

This is for the 1st time.. What do you mean by redo...

Jadi and faitas, I filed at TSC

Please answer the following question. May be we will figure out something.

1. Did you do your FP manually on hard paper? Me-yes manually
2. Did they keep your FP notice? me-no
3. Did they give you a from to fill out? me-no
(if you did fill out a form, what was asked in the form?)
4. Where was your FP done- an application support center (ASC), an INS office, or a local Police dept? me- local police dept.

I did my finger print on two cards one for my right hand and the other for my left hand. I dont know wheather after that the lady inputed it to the computer. Does that process consider to be manual or not?
