Finger Print Expiring soon, please help

My finger print will expire in 3 months, please let me know if i can do anything to adjudicate my case before FP expires.

RD 07/99
FP 06/00

No answer from CSC, still message say it will take 975 to 999 days
Any help appreciated

yes i asked him 2-3 times, but he is in my company\'s hand & ignoring my request.
