Finger Print Code 3 Received for Primary only

Hi friends,

1 ) Only I(Primary applicant) received the Finger Print Code 3. Can i request them to take for my wife too?

2) My I140/485 are still pending. PD ..Probably Aug2003 (I am indian,used Pakistan national's labor). I guess they will not adjudicate till PD becomes current. Then how come they have issued Code 3 FP this soon?

Is there a possibility that bcoz i am using Pakistan labor,i do not fall under Retrogression ?

My spouse and my self did not get the FP notice on the same day and differnet appointment days. SO hang on you should recive it soon

Call the 1800 number if you dont recive it in few days.

what do U mean by pakistan labor...?

Labor certification is company specific not national or individual specific.
if U are the citizen of 'axis of Retro' and if U are not elite
EB1 or Eb2 --- > U are retro -- no matter what.
 
I wish !! I think it is just a waste of time to have the FP when it is going to take another 1-2 years as the PD is July'03.

Anyhow, patience pays !!
