Finger print can not processed?

Took finger print about one month ago and just received a letter stating that FBI could not process finger print and need to retake it. What does it mean? Does it mean the quality of the finger print took last time was not good enough?

Have some cut on one of the finger, will it post a trouble when redoing the fingerprint again?

Thank you!

It could mean the quality of them where no good. I once got fingerprinted on a digital scanner and my fingers were not dry and that appeared on the prints. It took them a long time to get done.

Im sorry to hear sweet smilesmile.
It is better to wait for the cuts to heal they may turn you back if they see them. And when you go this time have the person who does the fingerprints check to see if they have been accepted. When I had mine they had to repeat them while I was there, I didnt have to do anything the guy saw the problem and had them done again.
