Hi guys,
I have applied 485s to me and wife with 305 dollars application fee for each of us. They sent the received notices by stating we received 305 dollars. In my case I got the billing notice for 50 dollars and wife didn\'t get this notice although she got the finger print notice. I was spoke to INS 3 times and they replied me that notice was generated because of an error and was told me she is putting the request for me to the finger print notice. But they never change the status on their system which was "there is an insufficent fee on ... and we mailed u a notice ...". I also sent the check for 50$. So what is the good solution to resolve this issue. Please post ur experiences with these kind of issues.
