Finger Print before any US visa /New Rule started

From March 18, 2004 all US consulates started to take FP for all kinds of visa (regardless of non-immigrant/immigrant visa) before calling for visa Interview.

It will make slower the visa issuance time & have to wait for long time for any kind of US visa.
