Finding universities which provides scholarship

My sister have given GRE and her score is really low (740). I was wondering if there is any site which can help me to find universities in USA which offers scholarship based on this score.

Please let me know, if anyone have any useful information.

First of all, your sister's score is decent enough to get into the midtier of the top 50 schools, which is base on US news. Of course, your sister needs a better than average undergraduate grades.

All that said, there's no general rule on how schools allocate scholarships. It all depends in the applicants academic and work experience, not just GRE scores.
