I have a postgraduate degree from India. I am currently working as Senior Resident in Radiology in a medical center in Bhubaneswar.
I have received an offer for the post of Post-doc Research Fellow in Molecular Imaging in the Dept of Radiology at Stanford University, USA. They will be sponsoring me for a research J1 visa.
One of the requirements is that my parent organization sponsor my living expenses in the US. Such a letter of support has already been supplied to Stanford University by my parent organization in India.
I wanted to know what documents will I be required to furnish to the Consulate during interview in connection with evidence of financial resources, and what exactly should be included in the letter of support from my Organization. Whether I can show personal assets as well.
