Hi Guy's.
I am waiting for my AOS.My employer is not doing
that good financialy.I am working for an indian
Restaurent.My I 140 got appoved On Nov-2002.My
lawer did sent the tax return of my employer.
He told they might reject my 140,Because my
employer is not making that much. But my 140 got approved.
Now i am worried if they would ask abt my
employer's financial status.So what sh0ould i be
doing now. Please let me know if the BCIS ask for Tax return of my employer.

Bye the way i just got my EAD.

Can't predict what BCIS may ask for. Yes they may ask for employer's tax return. If for some reason you think that's going to be a problem, you can try switching employers with same/similar job title and decription once 180 days have passed since filing of I-485.

Normally they will not ask financial status of the employer in AOS

Normally they will not ask financial status of the employer in AOS. AOS is between you and INS. You employer is just 3rd party. If you are so concerned you can change your company using AC21. Only reason they can reject based on financial status is ability to pay. But your company is paying you from past 2+ years. So no problem
