I am planning to apply for my GC from a company. this company is really a small company. I was wondering if I have rights to know about tax returns and financial condition of the company before joining the company or filing my GC

Thanks

Since you used the word 'right', your question re-phrased is
as follows:

Can I force the company to disclose their financial status?

The answer to this is, No. However depending on their interest
in you, they may discuss their financials openly with you to
alleviate your concerns.

The smallness of the company is not a factor as long as they
can exibit their ability to pay you the promised salary by virtue
of their sound financial status.

Thanks Raju

I dont want to get anything from the company to which company is not obliged to do. If it is not under regular rules to show the financial paper. I dont want to force either..
