financial status of company

I am planning to apply for my GC from a company. this company is really a small company. I was wondering if I have rights to know about tax returns and financial condition of the company before joining the company or filing my GC

You can refuse to join the company if they do not disclose but I think it is unlikely that they will disclose this information to you. They will need to send tax returns to USCIS when they file the I-140 but even then they do not need to give them to you.
