No,we dind't go for 2nd FP yet...our 1st FP date is 04/18/02.We only went for biometrics on 12/16/03. We don't think they will schedule us for 2nd FP.

Our RD for our 3rd EAD is 12/10/2003 we sent applications to NYC where our files are waiting to be scheduled for a interview,but NYC office forward our application to Missouri Service Center to be processing there due the backlog in NYC and now we will have a MSC # instead a EAC #.

We are not getting this GC for free.It costs us more than $15.000,00 .That is the price for our freedom.This 3rd EAD fee is nothing .It's been hard for us ,so eveytime there is a approval,no matter what,we are more than HAPPY.

Our case was transferred to NY local office(26 Federal Plaza) on january 6,2003.
