After 3 years of waiting.Tons of headaches, I finally got my I-485 aproved.It took 3EAD,2AP and shitload of money.
Here are my details

Priority date May 2 ,2002
I-140 AD April 11,2003
I-485 ND Dec,5 2002 AD 02/28/2005 LIN0305150XXX
Filed concurrently EB3
My wife hasn't gotten her aproval yet!!!

Here is my "green smile" :D :D :D :D for my new "green card"
