2nd FP(Code3) : 01/2006
3rd FP(Code2) : 07/07/2007
Note: I think lot of old cases are approved. The only reason for not approval is either expired FP or name check. For FP if you moved then USCIS keep send FP notice to old address. So take Infopass appointment and talk with them. On the phone lot of time they have limited access to records. Infopass officer has more access rights on info.
