Finally my whole family got transferred to Baltimore for Interview and yesterday I received an Interview Notice for Jan. 11, 2001. My daughter\'s case got transferred on June 13, mine on October 24, and my wife\'s on December 5. I\'m the prime applicant.

ND: Aug. 10, 1999
ID: Jan. 11, 2001 (for me)
I\'ve the following questions:
Will I receive separate Interview notices for my wife and daughter or not?
I\'ve to bring three affidavits of marriage for interview. Can someone please forward me a sample of such affidavit.
I\'ll appreciate any response to these questions and Interview tips specific to Baltimore office.
