Hi santa ,
I think it is , as i said before , there are a lot more cases on EB2 and EB3 India than EB2 and EB3 WW , and that's why the processing for India ( and probably China too ) cases it's so slow !!! Anyway i cannot believe how they process so slow these cases , one week advance and even going back with them ???!!! These guys must do something about this , it just shows lack of improvement here !!!
Hopefully in the time coming they will do something about this !!! I'm with you and everybody else on this forum , and hopefully will see some improvements after October 1st !!! Keep faith and everything will be ok !!!

Faith and hope also gave up.

Last time when LC process was chocked by large number of applications ,it took years before they (USCIS/INS) realized that it is broken. There was no quota issue hence no new laws was required. It was just process.
It will take some years before again they realize it is not working. Eventually it will be fixed. Just it will take few years because this time it is not just process but quota. In this circumstances Faith/Hope can not work as even Faith/Hope also has some limit and can not lie forever. In fact even the big faith Gurus have stopped coming to this site now.Now we all know everything hence enjoy life as if EAD is the goal not GC.
