Finally it's my turn. Both I-140 and 485 approved.

My I-140(ND 11/5/2003) and I-485s(my wife's and mine ND 11/5/2003) was approved today.

Got seven emails after coming back from Yao Min's NBA game. Both of us was shocked and my wife is still on the phone talking to her family members.

I was lucky to have everything done in 19 months.(LC started on 4/14/2003).
And I wish everybody here good luck to those still waiting. Keep up your faith.

Just scheduled passport stamping for Dec 1 throught infopass, even though we haven't received the approval letter.

Thank you all for all those great posts and info sharing. Greatest community with eveybody stick together and help each other.

I-485 ND Nov 5, 2003
FP: Jan 6, 2004, received by USCIS on Jan 12, 2004. Showed up earlier for FP in Atlanta without any problem.
LUD: Nov 16 , 2004
I-140, I485 AD: Nov 16, 2004.
Passport Stamping: Dec 1, 2004

May I ask whcih state are you in? How did you manage to get LC cleared in 4 months? It was amazing!
 
I live and work in Atlanta, GA

I was extremely lucky for my LC.
Looked at my LC application copy, the signature of my boss dated 04/14/2003. It was received by DOL atlanta regional office on 09/26/2003(forwarded from GA SWA). Then it was approved in a day by DOL.

You thinks so? My LC was overnighted on November 23rd 2003 to the DOL in Raleigh downtown. In about 3 weeks it was transferred to Atlanta and in another three weeks (3rd week of January) It got approved. That let me apply for I-140 in march. The LC process took only 6 weeks. So am I luckier than you?

I was just responding to wendelong, who thought he is "extremely" lucky in getting his LC approved. I sent that message to point out that you could be faster in LC and slower in others.

What is actually your frustration? You waited and/or waiting for a long time to get yours approved?

I feel sorry for you man. I see your frustration in your messages. :rolleyes:
