I just heard the NSC AVM saying that mine and my wife\'s cases were approved on 29th of August.

Here are my details:

State: Minnesota
Service Center: NSC
Country: Other
I-485 RD: August 14 2000
I-485 ND: Sept. 1 2000
FP Done: Feb. 13 2001
I-485 Approval Date: August 29 2001
LIN NO: LIN-00-249-XXXXX

First EAD card applied and received on 14 August 2001 from local INS.

NO RFE\'s

Waiting for Approval notice....

I have never posted here before. But I have been reading this discussion board for about a year now. Thanks to every one who are managing this discussion board. Also, thanks to those who shared their experiences and info for I-485 process. Good luck to you all

End of Waiting Journey comes...

Finally, my lawyer called me up today and notice me my case has been approved. I checked AVM, it said my case was approved on Aug.27th. My nightmare finished. I can move on to seek my opportunity now.

One more info: I call IL senator office and made an appointment last Friday. The lady was very nice. She called NSC and speak to IIO for about 1/2 hr about several cases. Since I just stepped in, mine was the last one. It only took her 2 min. After she finished the call, she told me NSC just received the RFE, and an IIO is reviewing my case. It would take about 2 weeks if everything OK. She asked me to call her up if I didn\'t got approved after 3 weeks.
