Hi Every one,
I am so thrilled to share to you that finally I ended my the long painful journey after a decade.My lawyer called this morning and congratulate me for my and my wife's 485 approval.It's approved on june 10th (was not updated the online status till 6/14/04) after all these crap I have been dealing for last 10 years.Here my story in short, 6 times H1B extn. with stamping experince(few times in home country).Labor cert, I40, I485, multiple EAD with getting interim EAD for local office every time, multiple advance parole with a 8 month waiting times, cancelling several times for trip to home country secondary to not having travel documents or no stamped visa in passport .On top of that dealing with the same employer for last 6year(since filed GC) ,about to get laid off few times and finally my carelessness bev. of corp. lawyer.
But any way finally all those stress in life got over today, hopefully !(still haven't received the copy yet), Now I can do what I want to do in my life, the way I want and can take decision on my own interest.
