Yes, Just sharing this news with all my wellwisher here in this forum, we received the card for my Spouse on Saturday.
USCIS screwed us for more then 2 months, it took 4 Calls one "Form G-731V (Inquiry About Status of I-551 Alien Registration Card) to VSC" with a Nasty letter, contact to the local Congressman office, and offcourse AR-11 form to get them into the act and update there records with the correct address and send the card 3rd time yes 3rd time to the correct address.
The story was amazing and I had never have any issues with the USCIS before getting the approvals. For my Spouse, first we did not recieve the 2nd FP Notice, we called to update our address, then we did not receive her approval letter, we again called to update our address, and then they messed up with the card not once 2 times, we called and called and called ... no action.
Until "AR88" moderator suggested to submit the Form G-731V, and yes it worked, and we got the card now.
