My app has been approved about two months ago (almost 3 actually).
When I went for stamping and asked about dependents app, they told me that it might be in name check.
One month ago I applied for an AP for my spouse. One week after, the GC app LUD changed and another 2 weeks after that I-485 got approved.
Case details:
I-485 filed on 02/21/2002 (for both)
1st FP done in April of 2002 for both
Dependent: got RFE on medical
Primary: got 2nd FP notification
Dependent: got 2nd FP notification after sending response for RFE (on a dif date than primary)
Did 2nd FP togheter
Primary approved in August 2004
Dependent approved in Oct 2004
