I got an email from my lawyer that TSC has sent the notice for FP's. Do not know what date it is for yet!

No updates on I-140 still

485 doesn't have any progress since the end of Jan, 2005

I haven't seen any 485 approve recently. The last one I saw on this board was Jan 28th.
Seems they stopped processing 485.
Look at my signature, My name check is clear, my FP is expiring, and I am still waiting for 485.

I think you are correct. Lots of I-140's are getting approved now. IT does look like I-485 approvals are stopped and they are clearing off I-140s...
