Finally, RFE is coming

What a surprise!

I just checked the on-line status, and it changed to "On February 5, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case...". Did not receive it yet. Only 2 weeks ago, received the 2nd FP notice after 26 months waiting.

I am wondering the 2nd FP and RFE are triggered by our renewals of EAD and AP. We applied for new EAD and AP last August, and received the approvals in the same week, togehter with the 2nd FP notice.

Seems things are moving forward. Hanging on there fellows!

same here. We got the AP and EAD approvals in Jan last week and when I checked the online status for I-485 on Friday, I got the same message as yours.....

Feb 5th they have sent an RFE.

Guess the processing speed is picking up little bit.....

Same thing with me too.

My 3rd AP got approved on 1st of FEB and i did not check until 12th. Haven't received it yet. (...if 14 days have passed.....)

My 3rd EAD got appoved on 12th. i have checked today.

And the RFE was sent on 10th FEB.

I think there seems like a pattern or my third EAD & AP should have triggered the RFE.

interesting thing is i haven't received the notice for my 2nd FP.

Makes me think, MMMMMM.......:confused:
