On Friday the 13th, I received my Greencard. The SOBs at USCIS finally decided to send my the GC after numerous letters from the office of my Congressman Jim Matheson. I was approved on Dec 13th 2007 but for whatever reason somebody in USCIS decided to sit on the file without doing anything.
Finally received GC
