Finally received EAD card, but it has wrong gender

Hi,
After so long waiting for this moment, I finally received my EAD card...but it has the wrong gender. Couple questions...

How big of an issue is this?

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a replacement with the error fixed?

And if it's not a simple thing (or takes a while), can I try using the card to get a job, and then sending it back once I start working?
