My EB1 OR was approved today. It took 7 weeks after I submitted my RFE response. It is a big relief!

This forum certainly helped me in presenting my case well. Thanks to all.

Congratulations to others who have recently received approvals. Good luck to others who are waiting patiently for their good news. It will come soon.

My PD date is 9/30/05. I have recieved my EAD/AP and completed Biometrics. NSC is processing I485 applications with PD 11/1/05 which is 30 days past my PD. Should I give USCIS a call?

BTW eb1doc, thanks for your suggestions for my RFE response

Are you sure the service centers process I-485 applications based on priority dates and not by the dates it was received? My PD is 12/05/2005 (VSC) but I submitted my I-485 on June 1, 2006.

Sorry about the confusion. You are right that NSC is now processing I485 recieved on 11/1/05 and not based on PD.

My I485 receipt date and PD are 9/30/05 as I filed concurrently

When centers publish processing dates its technically based on priorty dates!
but the condition is that basic requiremnets are fulfilled
like name check, and all security checks are done!
so even if your PD is within there limit its not possible to get approval!!!
