Finally it is my turn to say I have been approved, been a long journey,pd was 1998 and i had a intent to deny case on my 485, and by god's grace it was approved, i would like to thank everybody on the board for their good wishes esp to july16, buddy hang in there and thanks a lot, signing off

Congrats. How did it happen (approval) after Intent to Deny. Did u provide any further details, penalties etc. and just waited?

i was with companyA who merged with CompanyB so they were kind of confused so my att send the ammended 1140 and all the reg docs(w2,paystubs etc) and it took around 20 day's to get approved, and thanks gutys for your good wishes
