ND October 3 2001
FP February 2003
No RFE

AD 5/25/2004

Filed Status Enquiry 5/7
Contacted Congressman 5/14
Recd email from Congressman's office 5/18 that our cases have been assigned to an officer.

Congrats on your approval and when was the last updated date on your file in your profile for I-485 before approval.

Last updated date for all my files in the profile was 12/04/2004 and most of my cases got approved one by one.

I-140 EB2 NIW RD sep2002 AD 30th april 2004.

My AP and My wife's AP also approved on 28th April.

So any connection with the Last updated date in the profile may be they are looking at the I-485 files...

The last updated date on both our cases was 1/28/2004.

I just went to http://www.house.gov/ and found my representative by putting in my zip+4. There is a link 'Write your representative' on the left. I rec'd an email from the liaison officer a couple of days later.
