hi guys ....finally i got my I 140 APPROVED...on sep 29th , 2005 
really happy now ..
one thing i have to tell ,all credits goes to UN ....
UN helped a lot in this RFE...
once again to thnx to UN...
this forum is very grt8 ...updates on INS ones...its very useful one ...
thanks to all ....next waiting for I 485 one .....

I 485 LUD 09/29/05 (On September 29, 2005, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 365 and 540 days )
I140 LUD 09/30/05 (On September 30, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 30 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.)
