Hi Everyone,

Wanted to share the good news with all my friends at immigrationportal that today mine and my wife's case got approved. A long journey almost getting finished now.
Really being impatient as to why case is not getting approved? But finally it did today.... Thanks to all my friends here... specially nand74, majestix to help me to be patient. Also, Rajudm and others... for giving your valuable suggestions.
All the more, Very much thanks to Rajiv Khanna and his team to provide us valuable forum to share our feelings, pain, joys and experiences with each other.
I hope from my heart that everyone gets approved and the key is patience, don't give up..... Every dog has its own day.. he...he...he...

Most of my details are in my signature..if any one has any questions.. I'll be glad to answer.

Lastly, Anyone can tell what I need to take for Infopass appointment.

Can you tell us when you did your FPs and when "case resumed message appeared"? Thanks!
 
Thanks Live_in_USA.

My FP was on Nov 4th 2004 and my LUD changed to FP received and case resumed in 3-4 days after that.
No LUD change till April 15'2005 when it changed to the message that they responsed to our query on 04/04/2005.... My attorney did a status enquiry and then same message but lot of LUD till 04/25.

Glad to hear about your approval. Do you know when your Namecheck was initiated and when it was done.

Sorry, I do not when my Name check was initiated and completed, but I knew in April Mid that my name check is completed when I spoke with VSC Customer Rep. She will unwilling to give more information so I did not insist. But I got Pending Service Consideration letter on 04/04/2005 after my first status enquiry on 485.

Congratulations and I am very glad that you got approved and it is no more "PendingGC". You should be feeling very relaxed. Once again Congratulations and Have fun.
