Finally I140 got approved today :)

Hello Guys/Gals,

Finally after a long wait my I140 got appoved today. I am one of the concurrent filers !!!!!

I140

RD - 07/26/2002
ND - 07/30/2002
AD - 06/09/2003

It took 320 days for aproval !!!! Thank God !!!!!


I485

PD - 08/16/2002
RD - 08/16/2002
ND - 09/17/2002
FD - 10/23/2002
AD - ?????


My EAD is expiring on

ED - 09/11/2003.
I applied for renewal on 05/27/2003
INS received my fedex on - 06/02/2003

I am still awating the receipt notice.

Does any one know how long is it taking for I-765 aproval these days? I got mine in 19 days last time !!! Hope that it will be that fast now also.......

Good luck for all of you who are waiting for I-140 aprovals....

Also does any one know if there is any link between I-140 apporval and I-485 approval ( in case of concurrent filing).

We haven't seen any concurrent applicant who got his/her 485 approved.....

I140 still pending

MY Notice Date and Receipt Date are same as yours for I140 but did not hear anything from INS. I am still waiting keeping my fingers crossed.
