After a long wait I'm through. Still waiting for my wife's approval, although I saw a LUD on her application (dated March 10 and March 11, 2008). Thanks for your valuable insights regarding the immigration matters.

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On March 11, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Thanks. I was in constant touch through email with my congressman's immigration officer. I talked to TSC rep around 3-4 weeks back and lady told me that my NC was cleared in Oct. 2007 and she said she's no idea why my case was not being approved. She then told me that she will send an email to her supervisor. The lady from the congressman's office also gave me the same information last Friday. I was just keeping my fingers crossed.
