Finally I also received a magic email

My 140 was approved today, I didn't pay attention to it for the last month because really don't know how NSC handles application cases, and I kind of lost hope, surprisingly received magic email today.

I did submit application for my second AP at the beginning of this month, also called INS last week about my background check status, the officer said my background check was done, but there was other check going on and he didn't know about those checking either. I guess he tried to tell me why the application took so long, and I tried to be polite to him and show my understanding about their slow processing.

Feel so happy and hope be free soon.

Well, since you are not affected by retrogession and you filled concurrently, I would expect that NSC approve 485 along with I-140, we did see few cases with your timeline where they approved I-485 and I-140 on a same day

anyway, Please keep us posed, I juse hope you should get another magic mail very soon
