my case was assigned on 5th september and to my "surprise", it was approved on 6th sep and approval mailed on 7th which i recieved it today!!!!

For once things went "Fast" for me....

Congrats. Your RD and ND are 12/00 why do you think it was delayed. Most of the 12/00 cases are approved long time back.
