Finally I-140 approved!!!!!

I just checked the online status for my I-140 and the petition was approved on December 19, 2003
Here are my details:
I-140
EB3 - Concurrent at Texas Service Center
RD: January 8, 2003
ND: January 9, 2003
AD: December 19, 2003

It tool a while but it came. Good luck to the rest of you. This forum has been a life saver. I have been on it since I was waiting for H1B approval.....
Now to wait for the last milestone I-485!

For the Concurrent files, did you file I140 and I485 on same day? or did you file I485 after you received your I140 receipt notice ?

Have you done Finger Print for your I485 ?

I filed my I-140 and I-485 the same day, my RD and ND for I-140 and I-485 are the same. And I have not yet received FP notice, however my wife had hers done on November 15, 2003. She got the FP notice in October, 2003. Her I-485 is based on mine.
TSC does not make any sense at all.

What is the online status for your wife's FP. Does it show they received the FP ?

I hope they start processing 140 now.
My case is same as yours except RD is Feb12,03.
 
Online Status

Here is what the online status is saying for my wife's I-485 current status:

"Current Status:

On December 1, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review."

Mine is still the same with 900 to 999 days for processing.....
