Finally I-140 Approved!

Hi Guys,

Finally my I-140 got approved yesterday. It was a relief to see this cute little word "Approved" in the status this morning. I
was sick and tired of seeing that old message so I couldn't believe on my eyes first...but after refreshing the screen a
couple of times it was a good feeling to see the approval...;-)

Hi everybody. I have been a silent follower of this forum. Just got the I-140 approval today. Wanted to share my dates with you so that you can keep track of your own status:
I-140 details:

RD:7/10/02
ND:7/15/02
AD:9/4/03

got on RFE on ability to pay on 5/12/03 responded on 5/29/03

I-485
-------
RD:2/14/03 filed late concurrently
EAD/AP : 2/14/03 filed with I-485. still waiting on EAD/AP. they were put on hold due to RFE and went down to the local BCIS office on the 91st day after 5/29/03 (receipt date of the response to RFE). they refused to issue interim EAD due to RFE.
hope to get them soon now that the I-140 is approved.
