I want to share with this news that today I got an email and online update that my card production had been ordered. TSC had been constantly saying that I have to do fingerprints and at the end I think they were not having my biometrics loaded in their system from VSC.
Anyways, I'm now praying that they will approve my wife's case soon. They say that she's to do fingerprints before they can approve her case.
